Frequently Asked Questions
First thing to do is look over our website and read up on the Pomsky breed. If you are still not sure if Pomskies are the right companion for you and your family, contact us and we will try to answer any questions you have;)
Our application form is located here as well. Our application helps us learn more about you and what you are looking for with regards to Temperament and Looks desired for your new family member. A 300$ deposit is needed to hold your chosen puppy and going home happens at 8 weeks or older. (Sometimes it depends on the puppy)
We do not ship our Pomskies in Cargo for various reasons but mostly because they are so small. We are happy to offer to meet you at our local airport for in person PU and for accompanied flights in Cabin by Yourself.
We do have our Very Own Flight Nanny that can accompany your puppy on flights in Cabin.
Cost: Round Trip Ticket + $200 A Day is what our Flight Nanny Requires.
Car deliveries are may also be available or meeting 1/2 way might be workable as well.
Please Inquire for Details and Rates.

Pomskies are like any other dog, they need love and attention along with a good quality food, water and exercise. None of these things are particularly different between Pomskies and other dogs. The one thing Pomskies do need is brushing. They love being brushed as they are spending time with their humans. Because of their double coat we recommend a Furminator Brush to make it a successful undertaking.
It is of course very difficult to estimate adult weight accurately given that some will be lean and some will not. (Genetics Play a Role into the final weight as well) We use an online calculator where the expected size, breed, weight and age are used as inputs and the algorithm calculates an expected adult weight. Whether this truly works or not needs to be seen as these are our first litters.
Pomskies can have blue or brown eyes with green and hazel also being possible. They can also have heterochromia where one eye is blue and one is brown. Some will also have partially blue eyes sometimes called parti eyes. Eye color can change in puppies though usually fairly stable at 4 weeks of age. It is possible that the eyes of your Pomsky may darken slightly from our description (done between 5 and 6 weeks of age).
Classically a Pomsky is when a female Siberian Husky is bred to a male Pomeranian via artificial insemination. This is a F1 Pomsky. If you breed this Pomsky to another Pomsky you get a F2 Pomsky and so on. At this time Pomskies are not a recognized breed. Breed clubs are busy trying to produce a dog with certain characteristics that are passed on generation to generation so that Pomskies can become an officially recognized breed. To achieve this other breeds are included such as the American Eskimo to pass on certain desirable characteristics. Some of our dogs are classic Pomskies with just Husky and Pomeranian in them. Some of them have some American Eskimo in them. Others are outbred with other breeds like Malamute. The goal of our breeding program is to have puppies that have the typical Pomsky look and at the same time have a wonderful temperament, are healthy and resilient. The breed make up of all our parents is shown next to them on the Parent's page.
